Free worldwide shipping
Shipping is free on every order to every country we ship to. No minimum spend, and nothing added at checkout.
Made to order
We do not hold deep stock. Each piece is produced once you order it. That means a little more waiting and a lot less waste.
How long it takes
Delivery happens in two stages: production, then transit. Production takes 2 to 5 business days. Transit depends on where you are.
- United Kingdom — 7 to 12 business days in total
- Europe — 8 to 14 business days in total
- United States, Canada and rest of world — 10 to 17 business days in total
These are estimates rather than guarantees. Customs checks and carrier delays can add time, particularly around peak periods.
Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email when you place your order and a tracking link as soon as we dispatch your parcel. If your tracking has not updated for 7 days, email us and we will chase it.
Customs, duties and import taxes
Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may incur import duties, taxes, or customs handling fees charged by the destination country. These are set by your local authorities, are not included in the price you pay us, and are the responsibility of the recipient.
We cannot predict or refund these charges. If a parcel is refused at customs and returned to us, we will refund the order less any costs we incur.
Delivery addresses
Please check your address carefully at checkout. We can usually change it before production starts, so please email us right away if there is a problem. Once a parcel has shipped, we cannot redirect it, and we cannot take responsibility for parcels sent to an incorrect address supplied at checkout.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of the estimate above, email info@unmutedoriginal.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.
